Wearing Memories launch champagne jewellery at Flûte Bar East, New York

Innovative jewellery brand Wearing Memories celebrated their introduction to the US market with a glittering launch party at New York’s chic champagne destination, Flûte Bar East.

Designed and produced in Australia, Wearing Memories has been attracting attention across the globe, featuring in editorial shoots for numerous style publications and appearing on the runway during London Fashion Week.
Champagne aficionados love the concept; champagne is often enjoyed at special moments and Wearing Memories jewellery houses the durable, interchangeable and highly decorative caps from the champagne bottles, so the wearer can recall those memories simply in the wearing of these beautiful pieces of jewellery.

At the New York launch, guests included NYC fashionistas and socialites, champagne lovers and celebrities, such as Cookery Network and Bravo TV’s Chef Zac Young and fierce gay rock n’ roll singer Garek, who was heard to say extravagantly of champagne, “Die with it on your lips.”

Wearing Memories jewellery was very well received by the press, VIPs and guests in attendance, who were thrilled by the idea of personalising the jewellery with their cherished moments and caps from the champagne of the night Piper Hiedsieck were quickly snapped up as mementoes! The jewellery also received praise for the elegance of its design and the opulence of the high quality gold, silver and pearls from which it is made.

Kiron Barui, Founder and Designer of Wearing Memories, was thrilled at the success of the launch, saying, “After a whirlwind event tour including Perth, Melbourne and Los Angles, it was a pleasure to show my creations to the New York scene at Flûte Bar East. It was lovely to see so many people who love my work and appreciate a good glass of bubbly! I’m really looking forward to more events in New York and introducing Wearing Memories to the rest of the USA.”
